Be a friendly guide and support guests as they shop! As a Guest Shopping Assistant, you play an essential role in creating a positive, respectful, and dignified shopping experience for every household we serve.
In this role, you will walk alongside guests as they move through the Mobile Market, helping them understand item limits, point systems, and household guidelines. You’ll assist with locating items, answering questions, restocking shelves as needed, and ensuring that food is distributed fairly based on household size. Most importantly, you’ll help create an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and empowering.
This is an active, guest-facing position that requires standing and walking for the duration of the pantry shift, as well as light lifting (restocking items, moving boxes, etc.). It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys conversation, staying busy, and working directly with the community.
